PRODUCT DETAILS
Developmentally, walking is an important milestone. The stage where a child shows readiness for walking, he or she likes to hold an object in their hand and take the first steps. They also show signs of walking when they are motivated to take small steps while catching something and moving it along. This is where a push wagon plays an important role. In addition, play toys like pull-along animals come handy while making it a lot of fun.
From Queen Bee's design portfolio, she wanted to add to the joy of taking along animals, and thus was born pull-along duck - Mommy and baby. This unique design features a big duck symbolising mother duck and a little duck, its baby. I am sure you would have heard and seen this somewhere. If you are not sure, let me remind you‐ Mother duck said 'quack, quack, quack' and one little duck came swimming back.
Make your kid rhyme up to this song and give them a visual lesson with this mom and duck pull- along toy.
How does baby benefit?
- Promotes balance and coordination in new walking toddlers
- An additional challenge of pulling the toy adds to problem solving skills and grasp reflexes of the hand
- A young toddler needs all the stimulation fot developing fine motor skills along with visual stimulation
- Aids gross motor skills especially walking along with helping the development of foot arches to support the foot in firm base for walking
A pro tip for you from a developmental pediatrician :
Always use the pull- along toy barefoot or with socks. During the development of the foot arches, it is advised to avoid hard soles in shoes that would hinder with normal and healthy development. This is applicable for very young toddlers who have just started to walk.
