Cleaning & maintenance
Maintenance
Since all the toys are made of wood either solid wood like beech, neem or rubber or plywood like birch plywood, it requires regular care to ensure fungal or bacterial growth is avoide.
Cleaning
Gently rub the surface with the clean cloth.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 12 Months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!
Things to avoid
Avoid exposing the toys to direct sunlight or rain. Continuous exposure will reduce the life of wood. It might not affect the functionality but life of wood will be reduced.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We ship the goods to all pincodes in India. We have not started our international shipping yet!
All orders are dispatched from our factory (TamilNadu) within 2 - 3 business days from the date of order.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
Cancellation & Refund
Before Shipping: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a small administrative and payment processing fee (5%) will be deducted. This covers costs incurred even before shipping, as we offer the best pricing on all products.
After Shipping, Before Delivery: If you cancel after the product has shipped but before delivery, within the quoted courier delivery period (excluding delays), transport charges will also be deducted along with the 5% fee.

3 Step Quality Check
Step 1 – Material & Manufacturing Check
From the very first cut, every toy passes through a strict material check. Our team inspects each wooden piece, removing any part with cracks, knots, or imperfections so only the best wood makes it into the final product. Edges are smoothed, shapes are refined, and colours are applied carefully to ensure every toy feels safe, sturdy, and beautiful in little hands.
Step 2 – Packing & Traceability Check
Before a toy is packed and stored in our warehouse, it goes through another detailed inspection. We record who packed and who checked each item, so at least two sets of eyes review the smoothness, sturdiness, colours, and finish. This traceability helps us maintain consistently high quality and quickly address any issue, all the way back to the individual packer.
Step 3 – Pre‑Dispatch & Assembly Check
Just before dispatch, we open the package again to confirm all parts are present and there are no defects or foreign materials. For toys that require assembly, our team assembles the product on camera, checks that everything fits and works as intended, and then repacks it. This video is shared with you after purchase, so you can see exactly how to assemble the toy and be confident that no hardware or components are missing.
