FAQ - Space Required & Installation
Who can Install It?
- Is installation service included or available as an add-on?
No. It is not included. The only requirement for installation is drilling onto the wall for which any local
carpenter can do it. Rest of all installation are very easy, and any adult can do it.
We strongly believe that if the parents and kids are involved in installation, the interest for the product will be more for the kids to play.
- Can a regular handyman / carpenter do it, or do I need a specialist?
Any regular carpenter can do it.
- How long does installation take?
With use of power tools, the drilling is quite fast. Depending on the number of drilling required for the model, it might vary for as less as 1 hr to 3 hrs
Anyone who can
drill in a wall, can do the installation.
How much space is required?
In this modular setup, each panel and accessory can be arranged and fixed to suit your available wall space. The minimum space required for Modular Jungle Gym Ultimate 1 is shown in the third image on the product page.
Is my wall strong enough?
- Can I mount it on drywall / gypsum, or do I need brick or concrete?
Install only on brick/concrete or stud-reinforced walls, do not mount directly on hollow drywall and all loads must go into solid structure, not just plaster.
- Will it damage the wall over time?
The wall wont get damaged because of the installation and ofcourse the drill holes can be sealed.

Cleaning & maintenance
Maintenance
Since all the mdoules are made of wood or plywood, it requires regular care to ensure fungal or bacterial growth is avoide.
Cleaning
Gently rub the surface with the clean cloth.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 12 Months from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of product, any modification to the product done by a third party and for renting businesses.
Can it be installed outdoors?
Avoid exposing the wooden product to direct sunlight or rain. Continuous exposure will reduce the life of wood. It might not affect the functionality but life of wood will be reduced.

Shipping
We ship the goods to all pincodes in India. We have not started our international shipping yet!
All orders are dispatched from our factory (TamilNadu) within 2 - 3 business days from the date of order.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
Cancellation & Refund
Before Shipping: If you cancel an order before it is shipped, a small administrative and payment processing fee (5%) will be deducted. This covers costs incurred even before shipping, as we offer the best pricing on all products.
After Shipping, Before Delivery: If you cancel after the product has shipped but before delivery, within the quoted courier delivery period (excluding delays), transport charges will also be deducted along with the 5% fee.

FAQ - Quality Check
Step 1 – Material & Manufacturing Check
From the very first cut, every toy passes through a strict material check. Our team inspects each wooden piece, removing any part with cracks, knots, or imperfections so only the best wood makes it into the final product. Edges are smoothed, shapes are refined, and colours are applied carefully to ensure every toy feels safe, sturdy, and beautiful in little hands.
Step 2 – Packing & Traceability Check
Before a toy is packed and stored in our warehouse, it goes through another detailed inspection. We record who packed and who checked each item, so at least two sets of eyes review the smoothness, sturdiness, colours, and finish. This traceability helps us maintain consistently high quality and quickly address any issue, all the way back to the individual packer.
Step 3 – Pre‑Dispatch & Assembly Check
Just before dispatch, we open the package again to confirm all parts are present and there are no defects or foreign materials. For toys that require assembly, our team assembles the product on camera, checks that everything fits and works as intended, and then repacks it. This video is shared with you after purchase, so you can see exactly how to assemble the toy and be confident that no hardware or components are missing.

How to claim warranty?
Send your order number and issues with any module/product for which you would like to claim warranty to sales@woodbeetoys.com.
We will contact you within 48 hours to resolve it. Replacement module/product will be shipped with in 48 hrs from our factory once the warranty claim is approved.
