3 Step Quality Check
Step 1 – Material & Manufacturing Check
From the very first cut, every toy passes through a strict material check. Our team inspects each wooden piece, removing any part with cracks, knots, or imperfections so only the best wood makes it into the final product. Edges are smoothed, shapes are refined, and colours are applied carefully to ensure every toy feels safe, sturdy, and beautiful in little hands.
Step 2 – Packing & Traceability Check
Before a toy is packed and stored in our warehouse, it goes through another detailed inspection. We record who packed and who checked each item, so at least two sets of eyes review the smoothness, sturdiness, colours, and finish. This traceability helps us maintain consistently high quality and quickly address any issue, all the way back to the individual packer.
Step 3 – Pre‑Dispatch & Assembly Check
Just before dispatch, we open the package again to confirm all parts are present and there are no defects or foreign materials. Every jungle gym is also fully assembled in our factory on camera, checked, labelled and repacked. We email you this video with your tracking number, so you can see exactly how your jungle gym goes together and be sure no part is missing.
FAQ
I have been using 9 in 1 jungle gym since one week. My kid is loving it. He is just one year old and he loves to slide swing and climb ladder. Product is sturdy it takes good amount of weight, even i my self climbed and used the silde.
One thing is you could have increased the height to 6 to 6.5ft so we can easily go in the middle and help kids do monkey crawl. Now its really difficult for any parent to stand inside and help kids in monkey crawling.
Try and improve this.
Even i asked for customisation they said its not possible.
And please dont stick the qr code on slide beacause after removing it the wood as came out and its pricking the kid while silding.
Thank you.
Hi, my almost 1 year old absolutely loves the swing and slider as of now. We are very very happpy that we decided to get this for our baby's 1st birthday. The finishing of all the pieces were toooo good. Thank a lot!!🤩

1.9, 3.9 and 7 years are playing at the same time. What I feel so amazing is that looking at her elder cousins, D is able to do almost everything they do at the age of 1.9 itself. Actually elder were concerned of these little brats doing all possible acts.
